Rules and Policies

Please help us keep Krystal Lake safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Speed Limit 5 MPH

5 MPH is strictly enforced on every road in the campground. Watch closely for children, pets, and pedestrians.

Swim At Your Own Risk

There is no lifeguard on duty. The lake bottom drops off quickly right around the swim buoys, so stay inside the marked area and keep line of sight on kids swimming.

Before You Book

Guests, Vehicles & Pets

Guests and Occupancy

  • Each site includes up to 4 adults. Children 17 and under are free. Additional adults are $10 per person, per night. Maximum 8 people per site.
  • Visitors of registered guests: $5 per person, per day. All visitors register at the office. Visiting hours 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Day passes for pool and lake access are available to the public at $6 per person, per day. Public day passes are limited to 25 per day so registered guests always have access, and may be unavailable on holiday weekends.
  • A camping unit may not be used by others in your absence without prior arrangement with management.
  • Organized youth and scout groups are priced per person, including minors, under a separate group agreement.

Vehicles

  • 1 vehicle included with your camping unit. Additional vehicles $20 per stay.
  • Additional vehicles must register and display a pass.
  • Vehicles that do not fit on your site park in overflow. Do not block roads or neighboring sites.

Pets

  • 2 dogs per site. $5 per pet, per stay. Rustic Cabins $20 per pet, per stay. Park Model $25 per pet, per stay.
  • Leashed at all times outside your unit, 6 ft maximum. Never left unattended.
  • Pick up after your pet.
  • Current rabies vaccination required.
  • Not permitted at the beach and swim area, camp store, restrooms, or playground.
  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is grounds for removal without refund.
  • Service animals are welcome at no charge and are exempt from these limits.

While You Are Here

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Register all guests

All visitors and day passes must register at the office or camp store. Each guest must sign a waiver to be on property and participate in campground activities.

Renting a site

You must be 21 or older to rent a campsite. An adult must be present at each campsite nightly.

Site responsibility

The person renting the campsite is financially responsible for any and all damage to campground property or equipment caused by anyone from their site.

No off-road vehicles

Absolutely no off-road vehicles, scooters, or ATVs. Child-size vehicles are allowed.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM every night. Generators may only run 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please keep music at a reasonable volume at all times.

Supervise children

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

Pets

Dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times. Clean up after your pet, bags are available at the store. Pets may not be left unattended at your site, and aggressive breeds or behavior may result in removal.

Campfires

Fires only in designated fire rings, and never leave a fire unattended. Firewood is available at the camp store. Please do not bring outside firewood, this helps prevent pests.

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted at your site. No glass at the beach or pool.
